Use either the Online Order Form or the Print & Send Order Form and fill in your personal details together with the required details for each item you require.

We do not accept orders by phone OR without the order form. You must supply the form filled in either by fax, email or post. This is to avoid mistakes in communication involving part numbers.

Payment details can be added to your order form, emailed, faxed or telephoned through to us.

We accept most major credit cards, which includes Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Electron, Amex and Solo or PayPal. As we do not currently have secure online ordering for the Parts Unlimited catalog, all orders have to be made using either the Online order form or the Print & Send order form.

Please note : unfortunately a few products may not be available due to export limitations. If you order any of these products you will be notified on receipt of your order.

Terms of Ordering from the Parts Unlimited Catalogue

PLEASE NOTE that all products from the Parts Unlimited Catalogue are ordered in to your requirements and are supplied as SPECIAL ORDERS, hence these products are NON RETURNABLE once ordered, unless faulty or we have supplied incorrectly.

Pricing

All prices in the Parts Unlimited catalog are quoted in US Dollars ($) and are without import costs. To allow for import costs from the USA into the UK, please treat the US dollar price as UK sterling (£) and then multiply by 0.8 to reduce the total by 20% to find the total price in UK sterling (£). This price includes VAT where applicable.

Shipping For shipping purposes, orders from the Parts Unlimited catalog will be treated separately from any orders placed from the DirtBikeStore catalogue. Although shipping charges will be the same.

Delivery Schedule Please allow 14 days for delivery from the date that we have received your order form and payment.

Back Orders Any products out of stock will not be backordered unless expressively requested. We can advise the next due date for availability from Parts Unlimited for you to decide.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the purchase price where applicable.

Orders placed outside of the European Union or BFPO addresses are exempt from VAT. BFPO nil VAT can only be accepted if the order is accompanied by form 77-388-CEE available from your CO.

You may therefore choose how you wish to provide payment - by cheque, or by providing your credit card information separately by telephone, fax or email.
